The product comprises powder raw material which contains silicon, calcium and magnesium elements, organic or/and inorganic acid, binder and disintegrant, is processed and further dried into a granular, a cylindrical or a sheet-like product through a dry method or a wet method; after being applied to soil to absorb water as basal fertilzier, the product is disintegrated and dispersed into fine powder, the silicon, the calcium and the magnesium nutrients are quickly dissolved under the action of the contained organic or/and inorganic acid, thereby improving the quick effect and bringing good effect maintenance.
